In-Person Surveying

A researcher conducting a survey with a PDA

In-person surveying allows our trained interviewers to personally monitor and assess an interview in progress. Our interviewers are able to sense whether a respondent is having trouble answering a question or properly understanding the areas of inquiry to ensure more consistency in the discussion. This approach also allows for secondary screening of respondents, allowing interviewers to "sight screen" and ask more in-depth questions that probe for problems or conflicting issues.
