Message Testing
Messaging communicates the features, benefits, and promises of a product, service, or brand identity to one or more audiences. Successful core messaging must effectively permeate all of an organization's communications with key constituents, from mass advertising to internal communications. Therefore, the most effective message testing may focus on specific advertising messages, or it may have a wider scope. W5 applies this holistic view of messaging to research engagements, offering qualitative studies that are as broad or as narrow in focus as necessary.
