Identifying Growth Segments for a Travel Destination

BUSINESS CHALLENGE: How do we inspire more travelers to visit our destination?

RESEARCH APPROACH: Segmentation Research

RESULTS:

•Identified strategic growth segments based on travel behaviors and interests influencing visitation

•Discovered core destination sets, decision-making processes, and rationale by segment

•Provided a typing tool to classify future participants

Validating the Optimal Creative Campaign

BUSINESS CHALLENGE: Which creative execution do we take to market?

RESEARCH APPROACH: Creative Evaluation Survey

RESULTS:

•Statistically validated the optimal campaign direction between proposed approaches 

•Analyzed and provided metrics on each campaign direction’s ability to create clarity, differentiation, affinity, and consideration
