Ronii Bartles, Practice Consultant
Ronii as W5’s Business Manager, overseeing accounting and business operations that support the day-to-day business. With more than 20 years of experience in business management, accounting operations, and organizational strategy, she brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to keeping W5 running smoothly.
While much of what Ronii does is behind the scenes, her role supports W5’s ability to deliver successful research engagements. She works with clients on administrative support, helping get vendor paperwork submitted and invoicing set up. She handles all the “not so fun stuff” that’s necessary for every project.
Ronii’s career spans more than two decades in business operations, marketing, financial management, and strategic consulting. She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Shepherd University and has a MBA from The Citadel in Charleston, SC.
